"We loved the pool, always clean, bartenders at the swim up pool Alfonzo and Mzael were AWESOME!!! Always smiling, very friendly!! The staff in general was good, other than our fridge not getting stocked for 3 days, had to call twice and they finally came and stocked it. Food was ok, just got old eating the same food for breakfast, it was usually cold and no taste. Housekeeping was ok, made our bed, replaced some towels, one day they never replaced our washcloths. They were with the other dirty towels; floors were not swept. Shuttle was great coming in! Leaving the driver was late."

"My daughter and I celebrated My husband’s milestone birthday here. We stayed 4 days and 3 nights. The hospitality is unmatched. Everything was Extremely clean, well kept and there was nightly entertainment daily. Bluewater Grill was our favorite restaurant. The Carnival Buffet was a hit. There is no wait and food is served from all walks of life. Everything we ate either breakfast, lunch or dinner was a hit. “Ohh fun fact “make certain to download WatsApp bc this is how everyone communicate as well as your private driver for transportation."

"Había ido antes al hotel y fue de mal gusto para mí no encontrar un restaurante de carne como lo tenían antes, el desayuno del domingo estaba pésimo, el restaurante dominicano, Costa Azul, no hace honor a nuestro país, las atenciones deficientes y la comida mala. La mejor experiencia fue en el restaurante japonés y el italiano, el Bella, fue lo mejor. La atención del personal fue muy buena y las condiciones de la habitación."
