The only time i book another hotel is to stay at the sister hotel Mission Pacific across the street. Location, dinning, room design, balcony views, and most important customer service at all levels has always beem excellent. Beyond pleased every with everyone Ive come in contact with. "

Staff is friendly and accommodating. Underground parking is nice and the rooms are clean and spacious."
