My husband stayed here previously on a business trip and had a really nice room and a great stay. That was not the case this time with our family. Our room was very dated and a rather odd setup. The room was spacious but that’s about it. There was also lots of outside noise. We could hear people going up and down the stairs every time and when someone was staying above us, you could hear every step they took. One afternoon someone’s dog was barking constantly for over an hour which was irritating while my kids were trying to play outside. Overall, the bed was fine, the location is convenient depending on what you’re in the area for, but the room never felt clean and the noise from the stairs and people above us made bedtime with kids quite difficult. I would not stay here again unless I was guaranteed a cleaner, quieter room

Customer service was horrible for my first time ever staying at the hotel didn’t inform me of any amenities or elevator to bring my luggage to my room. I won’t stay here again after a long drive from Arizona definitely not worth the price.
