"I end up with a 15 hour Miami layover. I needed somewhere cheap, clean and safe to take a much needed rest. B and b was perfect. The room was immaculately clean. The location was safe and the staff was nice. Highly recommend! "

"Room was very dirty, needs deep cleaning badly. The phone and tv didnt work so I had to move rooms. Instead of me turning in the key card for the original room in during my checkout, i was required to turn it in at night. Front desk staff was rude and told me that she was working by herself, which I understood but I am a paying customer. "

"I called for over 30 minutes when I arrived for the shuttle to get us and no one answered. I even called the 800 number and they could not get anyone to answer. Finally got a call back only to be told the shuttle only runs on the hour so we would have to wait another 20 minutes before the shuttle would even leave to head to the airport. We ended up taking a taxi. Then on departure we were told the shuttle will be ready at 7 AM. We arrived at the desk at 6:50 AM. Only to be told the shuttle would be departing at 7:10 AM at 7:20 AM. I went in only to be told that the shuttle driver was still seven minutes away. This is unacceptable. I will not stay at this property again and would like to be reimbursed for my taxi"
