"The staff was not very polite when we called for an airport shuttle at 10:10pm stating the last shuttle had already left the airport, and hung up. I called the day before to ensure someone would be able to pick us up because our flight landed at 9:50pm was told to just call hotel when we got our luggage. Upon arrival at hotel the staff was pleasant. It was a shock to have to carry my luggage up the stairs because there is no elevator. The floor in my room was dirty and sticky in places, the bathroom was not as clean as expected and shower head needs to be tightened or replaced. The bed and pillows were good for a one night stay. The Breakfast was a waffle and cold egg patties, horrible. This is a Wyndham hotel and I expected better but they definitely need to do better at this location or remove trademark because it's deceptive and not a good representation of the brand."

"This hotel provides shuttle to/ from airport and to the cruise port for no charge. It was very nice only issue is it does not have a restaurant on sight"

"We stayed at this property as a quick overnight before heading off on vacation. The shuttle availability was excellent and the staff was friendly. The property has everything, including meals, if you are getting in late. Overall a nice stop, but the room was dated and in need of updating, but very livable. We would return for this purpose."

"Perfect for getting off a plane in the evening and then flying out really early the next day. It was so easy, and the restaurant in the airport right in front had a good dinner. Under flying circumstances like this, I would do it again in a heartbeat."

"Property is definitely in need of a renovation. Does not look like the photos. The cleanliness of the room wasn't great- water damage, rust, dirty floors, etc. Bed and linens were fresh and clean though. Our flight got in around 11:30pm so we missed the last free shuttle. When our uber dropped us off there were some random people hanging out around the outside of the hotel which seemed a little sketchy (did not appear to be employees or guests). The free shuttle to the cruise port was a pleasant surprise however and made our mediocre stay worth it. Wouldn't stay here again but it was fine for a night."
