The Nautical Beachfront Resort

"The rooms give motel 6 vibes. Our door opened with a credit card swipe. The room toilet was very slow, we had to have it plunged a few times. The shower drains smelled like sewage. All bar and restaurant staff were amazing! Made great drinks, suggested amazing drinks friendly and quick. The restaurant bar makes a killer Bloody Mary! The front desk lady hates her job, they forgot to give us ice coupons that we didn’t know to get untill our friends told us. We went the next day to ask for them and she acted like the ice came out of her pocket, and refused to give us any. The worst part I was charged for a bait I never had and extra nights…. So make sure to check your statement and ask for ice cards upon arrival. Hope this helps!"

"The hotel was very clean and comfortable. The room had everything you would need to cook a meal if you wanted. The breakfast options were great and always stocked. I have to say the pancake maker was a definite plus!! The staff was friendly and always smiling. I would definitely stay again and recommend to friends and family :)"

"I booked a room with two queen beds for four people. At check in the reservation said one handicapped room with one king bed. I had trouble reaching a person at Hilton.com and when I gave my itinerary number from their email they said it was invalid. Ended up having to go to a different hotel and dispute the charges from the Hotel.com hotel. Horrible customer service. I will never book through them again."

"I’ll never come back to this place, even if it’s for free. Broken shower, broken microwave, super dirty and terrible smell, all chairs and table on the pool area were broken as well and counting. Spend $250 for 2 nights, for sure didn’t worth it. I decided to stay anyway cause would be time to spend on a short trip and difficult to have a proper reimbursement since it’s through the app."
