"Cons: Dog area should be more covered, there's zero shade for the dogs. They could add more dietary-friendly items to the menu and deliver to the rooms. Check-in is too late. The property was completely out of doggie bags, despite notifying multiple staff. I think the resort is way under staffed and one of the front desk ladies seems absolutely miserable to the point where she argues with the guests and talks condescending. Pool could use more umbrellas. Pros: dog friendly, without weight restriction. Room pirces are great. Pool is open late with the bar on premises. Beaches are clean and well-kept. Parking is convenient. Free ice bag per person/per room. Late checkout is allowed without a fee, up to an hour. Easy checking in and out. Music and food is great."
