"Shower would flood entire bathroom floor over to the bed. Bathroom light would flicker on and off Ac never got cold Asked to change rooms staff said yes but the. Last minute said there was availability Gave me a bunch of towels for the floor Came back to room after being gone to no bedding on our bed Mattress and pillows has weird stuff on them Had to ask for bedding and make my own bed Was told house keeping had cleaned the room which was untrue Took the loss and left early booked somewhere else Drug deals going on outside off door and door was not closed all the way with dead bolt on This place was just nasty will never go again"

"I honestly expected more the moment I got their valet people were rude, took my nieces and my mom expecting the pool experience to be a little bit. More fun for kids not only is the bar and food area far from where the kids section is no one ever approached us to take our order. I had to physically get up, having my niece to help me and for her to get in trouble for my worker saying this is a 21 or older area, but I obviously I needed someone to help me with the food Other than that, the restaurants in the casino weren’t the best. We wanted to have a nice dinner, but they all closed earlier than we expected."

"Nice, well-maintained property. Pool area looked amazing. Casino allowed smoking, which sucked, and it's mostly filled with slots and blackjack tables. Was completely disappointed there was no poker room. Fitness center was closed, spa was closed. Restaurants were decent. Free parking was ample and they had free ev charging, which was a great perk. Musical performances were decent to good. Bed and pillows were too soft and terrible for my needs, didn't get much sleep. Overall, decent place but won't be coming back if wanting a casino outing and would only consider it for the location, if needed"
