I really enjoy the well appointed & great size gym, pool & steam room area. The recently updated floor covering in the changing rooms is a huge improvement. The service in the chandelier lounge always leaves me feeling appreciated as a solo traveller.

"The room smelt pungently of raw fish and actually made us gag when we walked in.
The carpets were torn, stained and unravelling.
The walls had holes in them and some of the lights didn’t work.
We were on the 15th floor in a two bedroom view room."

"Thought the Hotel was very nice.
The customer service and concierge were outstanding. I did not use the pool.
Thought the breakfast was lacking. It’s a buffet but has no eggs prepared. You have to order eggs as part of a more expensive breakfast. The problem comes when you’re in a hurry to catch an early tour or transport and you don’t have time for à la carte. "
