Close to great park

The location's awesome if you're there for an event at the Expo or stadium. There's a subway stop right by the hotel entrance. Convenience store and restaurant are also very close. The staff helped me with a tech issue. They're all super friendly and helpful. I loved that the heating was always on full blast, especially since it was freezing outside. The room's pretty basic, but everything was clean. The only trouble is the shower; you can manage it, but you gotta be careful not to splash water...

Stayed here as a single parent with my daughter. Cheap and cheerful right next to the atomium. Tram stop right outside to get to everywhere we wanted to go. The man on reception didnt speak much english but he was lovely, very polite and kind to my daughter. Very welcoming. Would stay again

Glad to be one of the first guests at this cool new hotel, had a great stay. I wasn’t the biggest fan of the toiletries/fragrances and the gym options needs to be improved. Bobby

The interior of the hotel is unique from the communal areas to your bedroom. The bedroom size is amazing and actually feels more like a studio apartment with the different areas which is great for longer stays. Nothing seemed too much for requests with staff. You log in (very easy) through their website and can make requests and staff are very quick to action. Superb Hotel !!! The staff was amazing very soft-spoken, and really understanding they ensured my stay was comfortable. The room was clean and neat. Overall I enjoyed and loved my stay at the hotel.

It was very convenient hotel near the European Union. The bus to airport was in 1 min walking distance. This train metro station 2 mins walking distance and 5 stops about 10 mins to city centre. No complimentary breakfast. Hotel staff helpful. Room clean and spacious enough.
