"Only two things were Even remotely acceptable. The amazing and the staff. Brandy was understanding magnificent and informative. This place needs a lot more help in the housekeeping and in the maintenance and it would be magnificent. The rooms are so outdated and trashed."

"We arrived 1 hour early. Went in to ask if we could check in early. The man at the front desk was not nice at all. Plus they wanted to charge me $10.00 for showing up early. I was putback by an envelope on the table asking for a tip. The bed was not comfortable at all. Both my partner and I woke up with back aches. The breakfast and park were fine."

"This is the worst experience in my life for a hotel or motel stay! I recently booked a non pet room from Ester Lee Oceanview Inn to see the beautiful sunset by the Pacific Ocean. When we entered the room last evening, there’s strong odor of pets urine everywhere in the room. We talked to their front desk for a change, but were told they’re booked up and no room was available. Actually we found afterwards the adjacent rooms were vacant. It’s late and also I paid fully online. I thought it was not refundable, so we had to stay. The room was terrible. Carpet was stained. Kitchen floor was sticky. Bedding sets were so dirty that they looked like grey instead of its original color of white. The towels were not clean. So were the other items. We all slept over the night with clothes on. It’s like a torture every minute we were there. In the early morning, we escaped, but the odor came with us all day long until we took the bath completely at next hotel tonight. We sealed the clothes we had on last night in plastic bags, and they should be washed ASAP. It’s like a nightmare and it ruined the vacation! Totally terrible and disgusting. We’ll never go back to this place again. Be cautious on their good reviews. It would be their past, but things are totally different at least for me for now. My opinion is that don’t do a bad choice like us that would regret you for many years. "

"The room had dingy walls, rusted heaters, bathtub was covered in soap scum, bathtub had hairs, bathroom sink didn’t drain, there was a pile of sand in the spa, the back patio had sticker briars growing through the cracks that scratched us when we got in the spa, bathroom shelf was rusty, there were other guests blasting music until 3 am, cars on the beach doing doughnuts and raving engines til 4am. We will not be staying here again and if I could get a refund I would. "

"When we checked in the pool and hot tub were closed. We were pretty upset, the manager upgraded us to a room with jetted tub. It was great. They did get the pool and hot tub opened the next day."

"Absolutely stunning view, the staff was super helpful from beginning to end! Breakfast was good! The pool and hot tub were a hit for the kids! The room was very clean! We love that they were dog friendly too! They even gave a doggy treat bag at arrival it was so sweet! We will! Be back!!"

"Amazing view of the ocean from our room on the third floor. Staff was very friendly and willing to help make our trip special- especially Brandi at the front who checked us in and out. The fire pits out back made it very cozy when the evenings brought the chill in. The breakfast had a lot of different food and drink options. If we go back to Lincoln City, we will definitely be booking again! "

"Staff was great, ocean view was perfect. Hotel room was not very clean and lacked good maintenance. The screen door came off, staff said it was due to the wind but the tracks were very rusted. Floor looked like it had not been moped, chair had stains, outdoor chair had bird poop and the tables were stained. There is no closet or dresser. We went to the restaurant and the server did not speak English which is fine but we waited 10 mins to order drinks and left. Tried the restaurant again for breakfast and the food was not good. Beach access and views were amazing!"
