"The log cabin was perfect except for 3 things. Being November the heating could have been switched on before our arrival to take the chill off the room. And instructions for how to set it up would have been nice so we didnt have to google the manufactures website to set it up for our stay. Also clear instructions on the way to get the best from the shower would be helpful. The room was clean and adequate for what we required. The staff were friendly and extremely courteous and bent over backwards to be helpful at all times. Food in the restaurant was excellent for both our evening meal and breakfast the following day. Even though the restaurant was extremely busy in the evening service was still excellent our whole stay was 5star"

"Upon arrival at the hotel, staff were friendly and accomodating. The room was clean, however the temperature of the room was a little confusing to operate and took some time to get warm. Breakfast had vegan options on request and staff were friendly and accomodating. The hotel was right near the NEC which was convenient however there isnt anything else within the vicinity. If you want to link to your genting account, make sure you use the same email on your check in. Overall, great stay. "
