The hotel is definitely old, outdated but my room was clean. I stayed 3 nights alone & I felt safe! I was traveling back & forth to time square which was perfect for me. I was using the free airport shuttle to my advantage & uber/lyft. I ate at the cafe twice & the price was fair for me. Overall ...

Everything was great. My only complaint was the shuttle bus that came to the airport. Took a long time to show up. The first shuttle bus that came said oh they don’t do that particular Hampton Inn.
