"The hotel is beautiful and the rooftop is amazing, but no one calls that out at check in! We got an upgrade to an apartment style rooms were beautiful and fully equipped! I was very surprised that for a 5 day stay we didn’t get cleaning services included and had to pay 50/day for cleaning and 50 for valet (that was was often late). "
