The property and service was good. All the staff were very polite and helpful.The only downside was that the Car parking facility is not attached to the main building.

I’ve been to India a dozen times and this is one of the best experiences I’ve ever had. I couldn’t recommend it highly enough. Do yourself a favor and book this trip as soon as you can. I’m not kidding. It’s bucket list stuff.

Its an amazing hotel tucked away facing the lake. I loved the Aapams and the Mini Fishing Net. The facilities needed to be updated such as A/C & The Shower Head However it was a peaceful environment and the one room house boat was stunning

Lovely property near the beach in Alleppey. Room was comfortable and well appointed with all amenities including tea/coffee , iron and hair dryer. Nice helpful staff. Lovely breakfast with many options. Uber available for taxi rides.

Very poor quality

There are pros and cons with this place. Pros: Pretty location, right on the water. Very good breakfast selection. Spacious room and bathroom. Private terrace area. Meals available throughout the day. Charming and helpful restaurant staff. Cons: They took our luggage to the wrong room, but no one knew which room for about an hour. The two ‘reception’ women were pretty, but pretty useless (very limited English). None of the staff appeared to communicate with each other. Thin walls...

A descent stay of 24 hours with cordial crew members and the local delicacies made our day in marvel cruise. There are lot of local boats to catch up but Mravel cruise stands apart in the claealiness and service.

This is a perfect location for a Indian romantic getaway. The houseboat station is right outside.

Baywatch Resort is a GREAT place to stay with family. Very good home like facilities. Breakfast was awesome. Mr. Mathew was of great help anytime we requested. Our local auto driver Saji (recommend by mr.Mathew) was truely amazing and helped us for everything including shipping. I wish we could have stayed there for some more time.

Loved the privacy of the cottage and the hospitality of the staff. The added brownie points were the complimentary tea/coffee and snacks in the afternoon! That's definitely something to look forward to. Otherwise, kitchen staff were not that great, we got some burnt rotis and found a hair in a curry. But the rest of the staff were wonderful and very helpful.
