"Good spot for a night"

"Although I highly recommend this hotel, what I did not like is Expedia did not offer the premium rooms and when we went to the front desk to request an upgrade, it cost us about 40,000yen more. "Tokyo REI is clean nice and very close by to the Kichijoji Station. You can get foods and shop around the area, all are within reach ! Staffs could speak English and mandarin , lobby on the 4th level where you check in and also to get some tea if you want to . There are coin laundry at Yen 100 for washing and Yen 200 for drying your clothes. "

"It is an excellent hotel by all means. The staffs are very friendly and helpful. Hotel is sparklingly clean and very comfortable. The area itself has a very charming local town feel with lots of restaurants, shoppings, and is within very close proximity to the train station. "The hotel was at an excellent JR train station, it is just 2 minutes to the hotel. The front desk staffs were very nice and friendly, I did not expect they even help to take our luggages into our room. The buffect breakfast was provided a lot of choice, and the food was yummy. The cafe staffs provided very good service. The room price of the hotel was reasonable. We enjoyed the stay and had a good time, we would come to this hotel again, thank you for the service."
