HOTEL emisia TOKYO TACHIKAWA
Guest rooms are designed with a focus on customer convenience and comfort. The man at the front desk around 8 PM was incredibly clueless. My room was in a separate building, yet he directed me to the wrong elevator. He couldn't understand any English at all.

Had a great 3 night stay at this hotel. Biggest negative for us was we could not have our family of 3 in a single room and had to split a 2nd room with another family of 3 in our group. This is an excellent area to stay. A short walk from the station, a convenience store nearby and lots of little ‘hole in the wall’ type bars and places to eat. The property itself, although smallish by western standards, is plenty big enough and had everything we needed. Would definitely stay here ...

This is not a normal hotel. It is a small apartment with cooking hot plate, microwave, washing machine/dryer. Typical Japanesebth and shower, in room airconditioner.
