"Clean and nice room .. nice and helpful staff"

"The hotel is very good for the Price and the staff is good. Be careful, as the entrance of the hotel is poorly marked. It is not on Jiaochang Road, but on a cross street 240 meters from the indicated location, on Jinjiling Road."

"Clean and comfort stay. Convenient location for transit at airport."

"Good location for a short overnight stay at Hangzhou"

"Very clean room."

"The hotel has a great location, cross the street from the West Lake. The view in the room is stunning."

"I highly reccomend this hotel for anyone visitng Hangzhou. The staff are extremely helpful, there are all of the essential ammenities and the location is prime."

"The walls are too thin but the hotel provided ear plugs in anticipation of such events."

"We stayed there for 4 nights in OCT26. Generally the hotel staff were friendly and helpful. The rooms were clean and well kept. The in room air-conditioning can fluctuate between warm and cool at times. The breakfast spread was good, with an array of international and Chinese selection. The executive lounge was a huge disappointment. The food in the lounge were very basic and the wines served were bad. Location wise, it's close to Malls, and Wulin Night market."

"The hotel is located in a commercial district and near upscale shopping malls, making shopping and dining convenient. The room is spacious, clean and stylish"
