"Quiet and comfortable."

"Very comfortable and cosy hotel with great views of the lake"

"Great rooms , fantastic buffet restaurant. "

"Good service and location"

"Nice breakfast, clean room. Helpful staff. We would stay there again."

"The room was clean and tidy. Carrie and Demi at the front desk were very friendly. The breakfast was impressive with chefs that personally make freshly cooked noodles in front of you. I will definitely stay here again when I come to Hangzhou next time!"

"Very friendly staff, clean and good location "

"I booked Executive Double Room, River View which is the top room in this hotel. They checked me in for Superior Twin Room, City View in LVL 13, when I backed to them and asked, they pretended that they do not understand English. Surprisingly changed my room with one of my friends translation help to a room in LVL 16 not as described in size of 132sqm, a very small room. "

"Excellent service, regardless of whether are you checking in or out, the staff treated you professionally and politely. The proximity to the malls around Wulin square and the Wulin night market is also a plus. But they need to review the "tastiness" of the breakfast. The breakfast has a respectable spread, what one would expect from a 5-star hotel, but the "tastiness" has many room for improvement."

"Amazing hotel, thank you to Peter"

"The hotel is located in a commercial district and near upscale shopping malls, making shopping and dining convenient. The room is spacious, clean and stylish"
