Great friendly staff. Clean spacious rooms and smart controls. No smell but can hear the hallway noise. Prompt daily cleaning. Location is great near shops and food within 15minute walk in all directions. Easily accessible for taxis although traffic is bad suggest use metro. Only improvement would be the wifi connection is rubbish- we were on the 6th floor. Cute boutique hotel sufficient stay at a great value

Lovely clean hotel, conveniently located for West Lake attractions. The free laundry service was very useful.

The room and the view of the canal was brilliant. The staff was most helpful. I messaged while in airport to make changes to the booking. The hotel acted without fuss. Housekeeping was efficient to get the room cleaned around our schedule. I cannot fault this hotel at all.

Modern hotel with good breakfast. 10/10 would recommend.
