"The hotel was amazing. We stayed here bc hotels.com didn’t actually make my reservation when I did so we found out on the flight from Seattle to Kona that we didn’t have a place to stay. 2 stars for hotels.com bc the customer service was helpful (this time) but this is the second time this has happened. "
