"Would have been great if there were more than 2 staff for check in, as there were 2 long lines. Other than that the staff available were kind and apologized for the wait."

"Loved the shops on the ground floor & the proximity was perfect to the main beach/boardwalk! The staff is friendly & attentive! The room was clean, spacious & we were in awe with the bidet & seat warmer in the bathroom. The only thing I would request would to change or add plugs/UBC imports closer to the beds. Our plug kept falling out of the nightstand, but there were plenty by the desk/tv. "

"Close to the beach. Had a limited supply of beach chairs. Unfortunately no umbrella’s they were rented from a spot close to the beach. Some hotels had them included. Ours did not. Also no restaurant per se in the hotel. But many options close by."

"Lovely property with fabulous pool. A small walk to beach as. Block back. We had spacious room with most comfortable beds overlooking mountains. Breakfast buffet included is very basic but sufficient. "

The dining credit per stay is a great bonus, and there are plenty of shops nearby. You don’t even need to leave the property to enjoy the peaceful beauty of Hawaii."

"The entire staff- from the housekeepers and valet guys, to the big boss hotel manager and Angel at the front desk, they were ALL so friendly and helpful. The pool was fabulous- clean and refreshing. We will stay here again and will recommend Park Shore to my family and friends."
