We stayed at the Cliff House cottage which is very tastefully done and has 2 bed rooms on split level and living room on lover level. 2 areas where the hotel can get better is one to have more signages as one approaches the hotel. I had a great stay at Namah Nainital. They made our first anniversary very special by giving complementary treats. Staff was very good, they have pick and drop services to Mall road. The location of hotel is also prime, giving beautiful view of Nainital.

The Bungalow’s architecture sold me out! I and my friend stayed here for a night and the whole experience was unique and hand-crafted by the host. The location was semi-outdoors with tall deodar trees surrounding the Bungalow. The open patio at outdoors was clam and neatly maintained. I was disappointed with the room.It definitely needed a refurbishing since it looked old and tired. The bathroom was particularly disappointing with a great deal of work to bring it to the star rating. The spa too could do with a facelift. The one place that I felt was 5 star was in the dinning room with the chef and the catering manager taking the accolade,overall a lovely place to stay at.
