"Stunning hotel with amazing views across the lake, floor-to-ceiling windows in our room which was fantastically 1970s design in very high quality. The onsen overlooking the lake was also glorious. The breakfast. Buffet was fantastic and the staff were brilliant. Hakone’s sightseeing boat goes from next door and is a must."

"My group stayed at Villa H. Clean room and has the basic amenities. The location was convenient to other areas. We used a rental car, but there is also a bus stop right outside. Villa H was placed above another loft, so getting our larger luggage was a bit difficult, but we were aware of the room placement so no issues at all. Overall we really enjoyed the Villa and location. Thank you!"
