"Liked the price Room NOT very clean Never had maid service Did it my self. Got my own clean towels. One person said leave dirt towel Another said bring them to office. Mixed Messages. Property VERY UNKEMPT .Emptied my own trash.Some Laundry machines not working. Had cigarette smoke & weed coming through the door from next door. Loud TV & Voices coming through door from next door. Door did not close 100%. Staff good. parking ok as long as you pay attention to the pot holes. Check out easy."

"Coffee pot in room was sticky inside where the water goes in. Had to move it to another outlet to turn it on. No decaf in lobby. Ice machine didn’t work. "

"breakfast was good and I enjoyed the pancake maker.The room was clean. Parking was fine. The only down side was no elevator. Also the staff was very helpful especially Emma. I was in town for my daughters Navy Boot Camp graduation. She was very informative. There was a shuttle to pick up to take you to get tickets the night before at no additional cost. Also a shuttle in the morning to take you to graduation."

"The hotel was great and accommodating. The staff especially the girl overnight was amazing. The check in was great and really took care of us after flooding occurred in our house. My one pet was ok to stay with us! Thank you as you all truly know how to go out of your way to help through these hard times. The pool and hot tub were warm and amazing! We stay at places that keep their pool warm and maintained. Wish the pool can be opened later like 11 would be better. Keep up the great work"

"This hotel offers a plethora of options for its guest. They have a Starbucks and restaurant on the hotel. And serve breakfast for a fee which we didn’t partake this time unfortunately. The location offers lots of things to do no matter the age."

"Lots of garbage outside on the lawn and along banks of water. Garbage overflowing."

"Bathroom wasnt clean enough, there was still stains around the toilet base from previous accidents, dishes were obviously not washed, other than that it was fine. Playpen I borrowed wasnt cleaned"
