We waited for 5-10 minutes for the front desk person to come to check us in. He was fixing a tv somewhere. The room and bathroom were clean but the bed sagged in the middle and the bedding was dingy. I made sure I didn't touch blankets just the sheets. We left before breakfast so I can't rate it. We won't go back.

My wife and I stayed there in Chicago to watch our son's Navy Graduation. The staff was very friendly and accommodating. Room were clean with mini fridge and microwave. Hotel has pool and Gym. Plenty of restaurants near by.

I didn’t like the fact that the property doesn’t look the same as the pictures. The pictures look really nice, but when we pulled into the parking lot I was ready to cancel my room.
