"Stayed here for a night before a family function. The hotel is located on Kanakpura main road and adjacent to a metro station, so it's convenient if you need to be in that part of town. Parking was available for our car, and we were even able to have it washed in the morning by one of the attendants. The room was spacious and comfortable. However, it was located next to the lobbly and lifts, with a window facing them, which didn't make for a great view! The service overall was prompt and...

"This is an old Fortune Classic property, though the management has taken efforts to upgrade, however due to bus stands and depots the traffic is always jam and access to the property is time consuming from all over…people with small luggage can walk nearby to access public transport or cabs nearby rather than calling to the hotel for pick up…"

"Lovely hotel near Old part of city. Indian food in Golden Oak was fantastic - can recommend the Kerala fish curry and the Pilau. We had a few dishes and they were all amazing. Good buffet breakfast wit my option to order omelettes etc. Staff very helpful while we there and also with our onward travel. Close to South End Circle Metro so excellent for getting to other parts of the city. "
