"Good, clean room with a huge and very comfortable bed. The bathroom was a bit dated but clean. Reception staff and security guys were really friendly - big shout-out to them. There’s a bar and restaurant in the building, and breakfast was excellent with a massive choice of both hot and cold food. Very easy to get to the airport (about 15 minutes) and to the main tourist attractions (around 40 minutes). An Uber to the town cost only £4.50 (March 2026)."

I would be so bold as to say this hotel is the BEST in all of Gurugram, and i say that with confidence because i have stayed at many of the 4 and 5 star hotels here. "Large room with modern facilities; helpful staff and great dinner and breakfast buffet. We weren't happy that the pool was closed during our stay, and would not have booked to stay at Crowne Plaza if we knew the pool was shut. Also had a dust mite allergy during my stay"
