"The location is very convenient, close to the train station. The rooms are clean. What I didn’t like was that there was no bottle of drink water, tea, or coffee in the room, which hotels usually provide. However, I liked the breakfast — there was a wide selection, and everything was tasty and well prepared."

"Small room, but clean and well equipped. They put us on the top floor, but the elevators were fast and modern. The hotel is very close to the train/bus depot which was only a 10 min ride to the islands of Venice. While we could hear the trains passing by all night, the noise levels were manageable. The breakfast buffet was average, but adequate. The roads outside the hotel were very busy, noisy, and at times dangerous. It was not uncommon to see cars and buses going 40-60 mph around pedestrians. The best aspect of the Leonardo was easily the staff. They were all very kind, courteous, and helpful."

"This is great and beautiful place to stay. Room is clean, simple but really good and you have everything you need around, also easy access to the public transport. However you need to avoid the rooms which is close to the road. Beside the camp is highway and nearest rooms is feels so noisy inside , hard to handle. But we have changed the room in the middle and it was just perfect."

"Hotel clean and comfortable. Staff very accommodating. I slept through breakfast at the hotel, but later found a bakery near by and enjoyed my afternoon treats on the balcony. Wonderful "

"The rooms were clean, but spare with no charm or ambiance. Breakfast was not included although it could be had for a fee. The staff was adequate but not particularly pleasant or helpful. "

"We booked a suite/connecting rooms, and it was surprisingly spacious. There was plenty of room for all our things (and the girls' various outfits!) without us feeling like we were tripping over each other. The location is a major win for families. It’s a very easy 10–15 minute walk to the train station, which gives you direct, hassle-free access to the heart of Venice in no time."
