"Room was immaculately clean. The only problem on the room was the air conditioner. Impossible adjusting the temperature. The engineering Department tried to do their best but unsuccessful. We were offered to move to another room. All the staff were very helpful and cheerful. The location stood out for me."

"Very nice hotel! We were a bit shocked once we walked into it! We arrived about an hour before check-in and were able to get our room which was nice. Room was a nice size. Bathroom was a little small but fine. Hotel location was great. Right near metro line and malls. Lots of restaurants around too. Nice and clean/safe area."

"Staying for 1 night at City Garden Hotel is wonderful and amazing. Hotel room price was reasonable, food at the restaurant on the SP floor was great and delectable, I love their food plus the breakfast I’ve had on the 2nd floor was also great, lots of choices. Hotel staffs are amazing, welcoming and knowledgeable of good customer service, from the guards, bellboys. front desk/reception staffs, and the restaurant people on the 2nd & SP floors. Keep up the good work and maintain the cleanliness, tidiness, nice smell and room layout and arrangement of the furnitures."

"Two Mystay hotels are nearby, called East and West. East hotel is located West and conversely. I was sick during my stay so I really appreciated to have drinkable water 10 m away with a bottle and cup to drink it, to have silence for resting, to be less than 1 km from St Luke hospital. Attentive staff. Room comfortable but minimal in size, especially the bathroom, less than 2 m² but clean and practical with sliding door. Air cooling works well. No fan. Real window that can be slightly opened, with some view. The walls are damaged probably by unproper cooling condensate evacuation. No big mall nearby but plenty of small shops, selling in particular fruits. "

"I had a wonderful 5-day stay at this hotel. The staff were consistently friendly, attentive and very helpful-- every request I made from room cleaning to small maintenance needs, was taken care of quickly with a smile. The breakfast selection was excellent as well, with plenty of choices and great quality. If there's anything to improve, it would be the towels. They were clean and smelled fresh, but they looked a bit old and could be updated. There was also one day without cable service during my stay, but it didn't affect my overall experience too much. Overall, I truly enjoyed my stay and and would definitely come back. Highly recommended!"

"Nice upmarket hotel, with great facilities. The room was large and very upmarket, with a great view of the city from the floor I was on. The staff were friendly and helpful and the selection at breakfast was broad. I was a little disappointed with the choices available at rooftop bar, and decided to go elsewhere. The local area is very lively and may not be wholly safe, but if you stick to the main streets it should be OK. I had no problems."
