During checkout, they asked me to wait until the maid checks the room. I waited 10 minutes and finally I told them that I had to leave for the airport. I explained I had not taken anything and even if I had they have my credit card deposit. I walked out and the staff tried to stop me but I was able to leave. When I got into the taxi they tried to stop the taxi from leaving.

The property is amazing and I like the andante room since it has a sink, dishware and microwave unlike some hotels. Staff is amazing and helpful. Hotel is super clean as well.

I really appreciate the service here at the Coro hotel, will definitely be back soon. It has a nice rooftop bar, with a pool, all friendly staff which I always love. and the service is good, attentive and great. I always love staying at the Coro hotel when I travel.

WORTH A STAY
Very good hotel. Travel to hotel is limited by airport taxies only, as well as hotel collection but its 3 times dearer. Travel back use the GRAB app. Pool facilities are very good but limited seating but more towels on seats than people. Roof bar reasonable only recommendation that the hotel teaches the staff how to make and what various drinks are for example vodka and coke as this took in average 3 attempts to get correct.

2nd time staying should be much better service.
My name was mispelled from booking system to Coro which they couldnt identify me from a phone follow up call (prior to the check in date) to the actual checking in day. They shouldve provided a booking number that matches the hotel needs. My score went down since i had a good experience from the last years and expecting this will be much better. I have recommended your hotel to a lot of new customers since 2023!
