"I dont see how it had such a good rating. Not worth what we paid. No A/C, took a while for water to heat up, headboard not attached to bed, dirty grout in shower, very out dated, minimal towels and wash cloth, no coffee pot, no hair dryer. Someone trying to come in our room, not sure if they had a key?? The only positive would be close proximity to the Blue Ridge Parkway. "

"Good overnight stay driving through. Generous room and bathroom. Nice blend of old on new. Very comfortable bed. Plenty of parking. Restaurant was a nice addition. All good. Thanks"

"Pets not allowed. 2nd floor room had a horrible smell that I thought smelled like mold, mildew and chemicals. It gave me a headache and irritated my eyes. They did let me have another room on the 3rd floor that was much better. But overall the hotel looks rundown with peeling wallpaper and many little things that just weren’t fixed properly. So-called breakfast was skimpy and only ultra processed garbage, no eggs or any real food. "
