Watch glassblowers, potters, and painters create masterpieces in real-time while exploring this artistic community. The district offers more than just visual arts. Local breweries occupy former industrial spaces, serving craft beers alongside riverside views. Music venues and performance spaces fill the air with authentic Appalachian sounds. Paved paths connect studios, making exploration easy by foot or bike.

10/10 Excellent
"Very clean newer property. 3 night stay. Most important, bed was king size and comfortable. Blackout shades were very nice for sleeping in. Convenient location near interstate, but one could hear a little bit of road noise. Nice to have breakfast provided, recommend more protein choices, such as hard boiled eggs…I passed on the powdered egg discs. This and most other hotels, almost regardless of how many stars, seem to serve the flavored yogurts with lots of sugar…we passed on those as well. Bagels and waffle maker were good. Parking was easy. For the price we paid, this was well worth the cost and very much met our needs."
