This is an older budget friendly hotel. The location couldn't be better. The parking is tight, but once parked everything is within walking distance.

Yes, this place is a bit dated, but it is fairly priced. The free parking is an awesome perk, the bed was comfortable, and the staff was nice. If you're visting Asheville on a tight budget, I'd definitely recommend this place.
