"Breakfast was decent with a good variety. Spa was fairly good although pool closed. Was not advised of any VIP benefits which is disappointing.
Staff were excellent at reception, friendly and offered early check-in and late check out.

"We weren't very pleased with this place. For starters, we found out upon arrival that we had to pay 6000 tenge for two people/two nights. Below is the only mention of potential fees:

"Very convenient location, walkable to many shops and restaurants. The rooms are older and have not been updated in a while, and the hotel was under construction at the time we stayed, but the amazing staff and the excellent breakfast made up for it and I would stay again."
"The hotel met my expectations for what I paid. It was clean, air condition worked well, and mattress was comfortable. A mall with big supermarket inside was nearby. Dana, Front Desk Staff, was incredible and the only one who cared and communicated in English. Dana was helpful and I thank her for her thoughtfulness."

"The outlook of the building does not really indicate is as a hotel. Lifts can be a little slow.
However, the rooms are clean.
The restaurant on the roof top offers a great view of Almaty city with the mountains around the city. "

"If all what you are looking for is a bed and bathroom, then this is the best option. I was visiting a conference with pretty packed schedule — leaving early in the morning and returning pretty late and this was the best option. I normally don't use any other amenities of a hotel/hostel and this was just the right option for me. Staff is friendly, they also provide a free breakfast (at least in was included in mine), alas, never had a chance to try them.
Overall, no complaints. Best for its price point."
