"I did enjoy the stay room was clean the only thing was there was a lingering smell in the hallways and the carpets look like they needed to be washed. So far staff was friendly. Kind of wish they had a gym or a pool."

"Specifically came for the pool and gambling but pool wasn't accessible needed a late checkout but wasn't able to receive it.I was also here March 1st for my wife's birthday and we discovered blood on the sheets after we we came back from a great dinner at the steakhouse on the 17th floor and gambling my wife was freaked out and NO magic happened for me 😞😢but management transferred us to a new room at 1:30 in the morning,we had to gather all our things and move to another room mond you I was in boxers and my wife in lingerie.got in new room and all she wanted to do is shower and go to sleep.. total mood killer. Great property but customer service is lacking or maybe I shouldn't expect the level of service I receive at Vegas properties."

"My room reeked of smoke even though it was a non smoking room. The bathroom was horrible! The door would NOT close, mold on the walls, broken drain and very old. 1 of the 2 beds had a broken frame. If you sat on it you sunk almost to the floor. The mini fridge was rusty. The freezer section had no door and was full of ice and frost. I would not stay here again and I would not recommend this hotel to anyone!"

"This reservation was CANCELLED because my room was not available after over an hour past check in time. I left a deposit when I got there, and was STILL charged for the whole night. 4 phone calls later, including a message to the manager got us nowhere. The reservation desk assured us that we would be credited and even gave us a gift for our trouble. I’m guessing she knew we would pay no matter what."
