"Rooms were great. Food in the restaurant was excellent. Pool was good although the area around the pool could do with some fixing up. Reception staff were excellent."

Surprisngly spacious room and bathroom for a city hotel. Extremely clean too. Long walk (30 mins) from Part-Dieu station but worth it. Just down from the Place des Celestins with flowering magnolias and baroque Theatre.
Lyon is rather overlooked as a tourist destination but has lots to offer - roman amphitheatres and ruins alone are worth a visit!

We enjoyed our stay.
The deluxe room with river view was large & comfortable.
The staff were friendly & helpful.
The buffet breakfast was a decent standard.
We asked for a kettle in the room, but you need to provide your own teabags.
Location is good, plenty of restaurants within walking distance.
Recommended.

On a long journey rest is important and this hotels easy access to the major roads provides that ideal change of scene, place to rest in comfort with good food.
The pool looks appealing although not used on our trip.
We have stayed twice and would certainly stay again

A fabulous little hotel in a fantastic location right in the heart of Lyon’s shopping and restaurants and close to the old town. The location couldn’t have been better. The staff were extremely friendly and helpful. I will definitely stay here again when returning to Lyon.

Great historic building, with superb public transport options within metres.
Rooms are a good size, and comfortable. Good modern bathroom an suite.
An excellent breakfast buffet, with lots of choice.
We also used the restaurant, which offered good options at reasonable prices.
All the staff we mer, were friendly, bright, and helpful.

Was only staying over 1 night but this was such a nice stay! The staff were extremely warm and good vibes, the room was clean and very cute, the aircon was extremely welcome in after the 32°C days, generous pillow allocation and nice breakfast. The location is also excellent for the centre of town, of course, and there is a baggagerie which is nice if you want to walk around Vieux Lyon after checkout/before travel. Ended up sad that I wasn't staying longer but will definitely come back here next...

College hotel, is located in the old town area of Lyon close to many excellent bars, restaurants, shops, ice cream parlours and some of Lyon's tourist attractions. It's also around the corner from the C3 bus line and 5mins walk to the nearest metro station. With this all in mind it's still a nice quite hotel where you can quietly rest following a busy day visiting Lyon. The rooms where big enough and very clean and modern with a large bed and a nice moden shower room. The staff were always...

Stayed as a stop over from Italy to Calais, this hotel was chosen due to: location on the outskirts of Lyon, 24 hour reception and price. Hotel was very easy to find and we had a quick check in with friendly and helpful staff. The room was small but we didn't need any more space, more importantly it was clean, modern and the bed was comfy. Tea/coffee facilities had take away cups which is clever! Would use this hotel again.

Helpful and cheerful staff. Refurbished room was a nice surprise. Building work in progress giving a facelift to reception area. Free drinks given as an apology which was a nice touch.
