Very friendly and attentive staff, an atmosphere conducive of staying in a cosy home rather than a big hotel. The room was very comfortable with all the necessary facilities."

"Lovely boutique hotel, a five minute walk from the centre of Bath. Beautiful building with character and style, rooms are very pretty, spotlessly clean and the staff cannot do enough to help. Very quiet too, it’s rare not to hear any noise from other rooms or the street, but i didn’t. Would definitely recommend to anyone looking for the charm of Bath. "
