"Everything was great ,except We found they went overboard on the price for room service. Breakfast for 2 was $180. Exactly!!! We had dinner the night before and our bill was less in the restaurant. Plus our Breakfast ,they missed thing to bring with it. Love the room but dont get room service."

"Overall, our stay was very good—almost excellent! Our main concern was the mattress, which was larger than the bed frame, causing it to overlap the edges and making it quite squeaky and uncomfortable at times. Aside from that, everything else was wonderful. The cleanliness was excellent, and the breakfast was superb. All of the staff were very accommodating, friendly, and welcoming. They truly made us feel at home. We really enjoyed our stay and would definitely choose to stay here every time we visit Toronto. Thank you for making our stay such a pleasant experience!"
