A beautiful hotel, clean, modern and with great facilities. We ate in the casual dining restaurant and were very impressed with the quality of the food, the service and the portion size! An ideal place to stay for visiting the Niagara area

Great location from both airports. Lovely hotel clean and convenient

The room was a good size Location is excellent. Nice coffee shop attached to the hotel and the bar staff did amazing cocktails. Very pleasant start, would definitely book again if I visit Toronto.

Absolutely superb. Loved the hotel and the location, staff however were a level above, they were simply excellent. Definitely returning.

Nice hotel - water bottles are not replenished daily. When asked for more water, I was told you have to buy them at $6 a bottle.

Free light breakfast, tea coffee hot drinks, water machine, usb in room in case you forgot Adaptors. The staff work very hard to keep this place in ship shape. The room was spotless. The staff are so friendly . As for other guests that can’t be helped unfortunately they were hosting a loud wedding party but one call to reception resolved the noise...
