"A really great and unique experience that was different to the usual B&B offering. Room, breakfast and people were all excellent and would recommend a visit if in Winchester. Thanks! Neal"
"Loved this little hotel which was walking distance from a lot of food and shopping as well as the cathedral and other sites. Beautiful garden, nice bar, and delicious breakfast."
"Comfortable beds, great walk into town, easy check-in if their car park is full, there is another over the road. We stayed for one night - easy for a quick stay for the weekend. "
"I’m so disappointed with this arrived and it was not even close to what I was expecting from the booking. Not to mention that I had to wait outside for nearly an hour and a half as someone else had taken my room and I had not been given any information on how to enter the property keys, et cetera. Once I finally got hold of The guy in charge, he was not very pleasant to deal with or very welcoming.
Due to the issues leading up to this point, I ended up booking somewhere else as just did not...
"Great little getaway. We stayed overnight, and had dinner in the restaurant. The food was great, and the staff were fantastic. Close to Winchester, but far enough to have a real countryside vibe!
"
"Lovely location with the woods around and a quirky unique place with nice bedroom but needs a little upgrade and a bit of gardening around the area outside. Very clean inside and staff were friendly and helpful. "

"We spent five excellent days in Winchester. The hotel could be described as boutique and has a beautiful cowherd we ate and had pre dinner drinks. It was very comfortable and close to the centre of the city but away from the tourist crowds"
"Lovely inn with a great pub just next to one of England's best cathedrals. Nice staff and they even have space for car parking! Wonderful support from the staff and specially Kristy who was absolutely fantastic "
"Really nice, spacious rooms. We stayed with our 2 small children and there was enough room for all of us.
The location is perfect - very central but on a quiet street. The best feature of the hotel is the garden seating. Eating outside there is very special indeed.
My only complaint is the charge of 15 pound for parking! I've never stayed at a hotel before and been charged for parking. And when I was shocked at the cost the receptionist rolled her eyes at me, as though I was the one being unreasonable for even questioning it (I was merely surprised and was very polite, so there was no need for her reaction). In general though the staff were very nice and acommodating."

I would never say here again!!!!!!!!!"
