"Friendly staff! Right across the street from the theater."

"There was no lift and although staff helped me with my case,I still had to climb up and down to the 2nd floor. I had asked for a lower room because I have severe heart failure, despite having booked in January, there were many people, far fitter than me on the 1st floor. My room was clean but the curtain was not hanging properly. Many of the carpets need a clean, so did the big window on the stairs which was filthy with cobwebs, The garden needed tidying up, there were cigarette butts everywhere. The parking was perfect. Most of the staff were very helpful."

"Hotel was right on the bridge, just by the poll paying station. These instructions would’ve been helpful for finding it. Hotel was lovely. Breakfast was basic, nothing to shout about. Amenities are good but basic. Staff are lovely"

"Staff were really good, and extremely helpful and friendly. Only gripe would be that our room was really hot although as soon as we raised the issue, it was sorted."

"Room was spacious and amenities good. I found my room very hot. Even with the window open. Also, on check out we were advised there is a ‘discretionary’ payment for the maintenance and housekeeping staff per night that didn’t sit well with me. I think you should be pre warned that you will be asked to do this as it’s quite embarrassing saying no and feels awkward that you are asked to pay towards the staff. If I want to pay housekeeping I leave money in the room. "

"Parking was easy and secure not something you find that often so yes good. Staff was super happy,bar was great and well stocked being a pub owner myself it was lovely to see , definitely coming back "
