"Room door could not open. Had to go back to the front desk and was informed that I had to pull the door and hold it while using the scan key to open it. Additionally, hot water ran out while I was soaped up and rinsing. Annoying and cold. Room was very clean, quiet."

"I loved staying here. The rooms were so clean and nice, I loved the lobby decor and that clover four section hot tub was my favorite perk. Got in late so they put my keys in a lockbox for me, made it super easy. Very good communication and customer service. Highly recommend."
