"The location is worth it. Pay for the parking and use public transit. It made for a much less stressful experience than driving everywhere. Staff were helpful and kind. Would stay here again for sure"

"Casino was ok. Staff were friendly enough. Hannahs service was quite slow and the robot noise gets pretty annoying after a while. Not sure what the purpose of that is anyway. A bigger inconvenience was jave NO maid service for our entire stay. When we asked for more towels and asked why they hadnt cleaned our room, we were shown a paper that said service would be limited and to contact the front desk if we needed anything. Yes, we NEED towels, we NEED pir garbage taken out. After asking for more coffee, they showed up at midnight with it!!! We asked loterally 4 hours earlier. Otherwise it was a good central place to stay. "

"The pool and hot tub were closed for cleaning. The waiter at night (works during the week)in the restaurant Café Del Soul went out of his way to make me honey mustard for the chicken tenders. Everyone in the hotel was very friendly and helpful. The room was clean."

"The hotel is under renovations, the room we booked didn’t look like the pictures posted online. It’s still the older rooms and we had problems with our AC but the front desk helped with it. Construction started very early around 7:30ish am. You can hear the bagging noises. "
