"My stay was good just like always except i booked acking room but did not get it. I had to take 2 queens instead. In addition the safe in the room was not working. I reported itbut it did not get fixed but what botherd me the most was the condition of the towels i received. I have never before gotten old towels and spotted towels before at the nugget. Someone needs to inspect the laundry and get rid of the towels and sheets that have seen better days. I managed to get more towels but even those had some spots. On the other hand the shower pressure and temperature were excellent"

"We had a great time for a much needed getaway. However they no longer offer valet parking which was disappointing only because when you are older, the little things matter more than we realize. Staff was Amazing, our Bellhop was also very helpful. "

"Charged us $10 for checking in 45 minutes early. Did not tell us how to get our luggage to our sky tower room which became a big hassle. "

"I have stayed at the J Resort multiple times since 2021. They contine to evolve and renovate areas. The fitness area was great, beautiful view of the mountains! My only complaint was the fish smell on my floor, 8th. It smell the entire weekend, not very pleasant."

"My room is Sunset tower 557, next to room 559. The noise seems to be coming from the room next door due to poor sound insulation. There is also a gap under the door, and air keeps coming through, creating wind noise at night. I had to put a towel at the bottom of the door to block it. I tried to call the front desk around 10:15 pm to report these issues, but my call did not go through. I eventually had to walk down to the front desk in person. When I spoke with the staff, I was told that calls would not go through when they were busy. I have to say this was quite surprising, as I’ve never experienced this at a hotel before."

"Absolutely disgusting hotel, sink and shower wouldn’t drain, carpet was filthy, tv didn’t work, bed was terrible, staff was rude, I called twice to the front desk and no answer either time!! I can’t believe we stayed but it was late and we were tired, but never again!!"
