"The staff wouldn’t let us in even though we were only 30 minutes early. Never experienced that before. Hot tub was closed and they didn’t let us know ahead of time and that was the only reason we chose this property. Room could’ve been cleaner as well. Was tolerable for one night but won’t be returning. "

"Room was nice, staff was excellent didn't use the spa but it looked great and view was beautiful with the exception of the one glass doors seal was broken causing moisture in window that blocked part of the view."

"Alec was very helpful and cordial. Our stay was pleasant although the weather didn't cooperate. We always like the amazing views of the ocean, and the easy access just a few steps away. We tell others about this property and recommend it highly!"

"Poor experience, better prior stays. One staff member manning the desk was consistently rude. It was a hassle to get her to unlock the bathroom door in the lobby every day during breakfast hours. My room was at the other end on the third floor. The wonan who checked me in was pleasant but unfortunately, the other was not, repeatedly. If you cant be hospitable to paying guests, then don't work in hospitality. I will choose somewhere else my next trip. Also, the shower barely worked. "

"I had reserved 5 rooms and I was traveling with 5 disabled people and we were all on the 3 floor; which was great until we realized that the elevator was broken and we couldn’t get down to the first floor. Therefore, I spent the whole trip going down to the second floor then taking the stairs from the second floor to the first floor running over to the elevator so I could bring my family down which was super inconvenient. Other than that, and the fireplace is which sucks because you should have a fireplace at the ocean, especially on the coast of Washington and Oregon."
