I loved that when I booked the stay it said mountain view, but I could clearly see the ocean. I liked the no smoking policy, The room was very nice size for cost. I just wish that things would have been cleaner. the lobby was dirty, the breakfast area was cleaner and the person making the food wasnt wearing gloves, etc. The hot tub was not working and the elevator was dirty too. I would stay again though, just bring more sanitizing wipes and my own cleaners. Person at the check in desk was friendly

It was not made clear that made service was not done daily. We stayed 3 days. On the second day, we came in after a long day on the road sight-seeing to see the bed unmade, trash left, and used towels still in the bathroom, albeit a new set had been left. When asked at the front desk upon checkout we were told maid service is rendered only every 4th day (if I heard the clerk correctly.) Frankly, everything else was impressive and this put a negative spin on our stay, but did not really ruin the trip. BTW, the bed was the best we have experienced at a motel/hotel in a long time. So many positives, but not the maid service routine.
