Very comfortable stay at the Quest Preston. Short 10 minute walk to Woolworths supermarket and Metro station, for easy access to central Melbourne.

Quest Epping was very good indeed just like Quest Preston where we have stayed several times previously

Excellent apartment although bathroom fittings and curtains do need replacing. Hair dryer missing, staff very quickly found a new one for me.

Such a lovely looking hotel! Everything was immaculate and couldn’t ask for better. Bed was very comfortable and hotel very accommodating with a travel cot too. Good coffee capsule machine (w e had an apartment with a kitchenette and living area). Only thing I can think of to improve is to have two hand towels or a tea towel for the kitchen bit to dry up (if there was one and I missed it apologies!) amazing night stay, won’t disappoint!

Massive rooms, very clean, convenient area near airport, about 25 dollars in an Uber, thirty five minutes by tram from city centre. Late arrival after reception closed worked well but instructions could have been clearer. Otherwise all very good.

When you arrive there is no indication the building is where you are staying. You have to physically walk in to see any recognisable signage. The building does get locked in the evening. It would be easy for an individual to panic & walk away or phone a taxi if it were dark. I was fortunate to have a view of the city. Take that away the room fluctuates in temperature so you have to use the air conditioning.Help is there if you struggle like i do but I got there in the end. You have to buy what...

Very friendly and helpful staff

Lovely, clean and well presented aparthotel with friendly and attentive team. Communication was great, the room was spacious and well presented with modern kitchen and bathroom. The washer and dryer were a bonus. Will highly recommend it to friends and family.

Love how quiet and sleek the hotel is. Great location for getting around the city. Access to the bath house is such a treat, and the coffee/ bakery by reception is great too. Had to book an extra night!
