Great experience.

Nice Stay, Clean hotel, good Location, hotel staff was good, main road property.

This hotel is more like a resort. The rooms are the biggest in size across all 5 star hotels & resorts I have stayed at. At this price, this place is the best. For the 1st time I stayed in a hotel room with a private heated swimming pool. Awesome experience....!!! The service is also very fast & excellent food. This room had the best & the most effective airconditioning I have ever seen having stayed across several 5star properties in India. Overall experience was excellent.

Clean room, excellent staff and good food

This hotel is very good and staff are very polite nice stay

The room was spacious and everything was bright and clean. The safe was large enough for a 15" laptop and the bed was comfy. The staff were super friendly and very helpful, they moved us to a new room as our aircon wasn't working properly. We used the hotel driver for two days out and he was fantastic, making sure we saw the sights of Delhi and helped us build our itinerary as we went, as we only had a rough idea of places to go to. He also made sure we had no issues getting entry into the...

Overall, I would say that Taj was the best hotel that I’ve ever stayed in. The atmosphere, the building and the service was simply impeccable. Most importantly, was the room service, led by Mr Nawab Singh, who was ever so accommodating, welcoming and simply a gentleman. Would love to visit again.

stayed at this hotel for 5 nights in march.it is 5 star with great location and welcoming staff.very central location and near Nehru Metro station .nearby shops and in the mall food court. we were in executive room on the fifth floor which allowed us free breakfast, free wi fi in the room, free news paper and all day beverges and soft drink with sandwiches and cakes etc also from 18.30-20.30 free alchoholic drinks and hot nibbles.a great experiance

Excellent place Helping staff Good cleaning and hygeine practise

We booked the Manor Room through Expedia and did have a little trouble initially. The photos of the rooms on the site are not the same as at the hotel. Apparently not all Manor Rooms have the bathtub as advertised on Expedia . That was the whole reason we booked the room to begin with, as after a long voyage through India we were looking forward to some nice bubblebaths and relaxation. After a bit of back and forth, I was able to secure the room I wanted, though only after being offered an...

Excellent hotel. The. Service was first class. Everyone at the hotel takes great pride as employees, nothing is too much trouble. The room was perfect, great shower and the air conditioning worked well. The food was amazing, great choice and freshly made. I loved the rooftop pool,a real treat. This is a luxurious hotel which I can thoroughly recommend

Service is too good. It is far better than comparative hotels of the similar ratings

I am a regular visitor of this hotel as this is in the heart of New Delhi and cool place. This hotel is located nearby to big food joints, cinema halls markets and hospitals.
