"When checking in I was already made to feel unwelcome and uncomfortable just because we were staying for a hockey tournament. The lady at the front desk made it out like my child would be loud and crazy just because of the fact that he was a hockey player. Not the feeling you want right away."

Room was freshly painted with a new looking carpet. Bed was comfortable. Shower was good and the towels were nice. It felt like a small Airbnb. Great restaurant a block away with big portions on burgers and fries. "

"Room was a replacement room - in Naubinway. Originally booked for motel in Gulliver. Room in replacement motel was set @ 60°. Temp said 55. I let inn keeper know. Raised temp to 75 for my stay. Met lady on my 3rd day. Seemed pleasant, let me know she would assist while she was there in any way. "

"Great location for snowmobiling. Hotel was a little dated, but very clean, comfortable beds, friendly staff, nice pool and hot tub, and a nice continental breakfast. Really nice place to stay around Newberry MI."
